Pagnotta Inc. is a mid‑sized, full‑service provider of concrete, construction, and tower crane & hoist services with job sites throughout Western Canada. Primary Project Location: Kamloops, BC (project site location will be confirmed upon hire) Paid Time Off – vacation, sick, and incidental days Comprehensive Benefits – employer‑paid health, dental, vision, and travel insurance for you and your family Insurance Coverage – AD&D, LTD, critical illness, life, and dependent life insurance You will proactively ensure that company safety policies and procedures are followed and that all work meets or exceeds WorkSafeBC and other applicable regulatory requirements. You’ll conduct site inspections, deliver training, and work closely with superintendents and field workers to build and maintain a strong culture of safety. 50% field work – outdoors in varying weather, walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. 50% administrative work – on‑site documentation, reporting, and safety planning. Conduct site safety inspections and hazard assessments. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and on‑site safety orientations. Recommend and help implement corrective actions. Assist with crane lift and fall protection planning. Maintain compliance with emergency response planning. Keep accurate safety statistics and assist with COR audits. Verify operator certifications and equipment inspection logs. Provide coaching to supervisors on safety legislation and company procedures. Conduct internal safety training where qualified. Attend project and client safety meetings as required.
