Front Desk Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Role: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Peak Construction Group and plays a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. Working at our office in South Surrey, this position is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional front-desk experience while providing administrative and office coordination support to the broader team.

Front Desk & Visitor Experience: Office & Inventory Management: Maintain inventory, including branded items, kitchen supplies, office supplies, and PPE. Ensure common areas, reception, boardrooms, and kitchen areas are tidy and presentable.
Office Coordination & Services: Coordinate office services including coffee service, water delivery, and shredding services. Liaise with building management as required. Manage building access cards.
Meeting & Boardroom Support: Assist with meeting setup, including room preparation and refreshments.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects which may include filing, data entry, proofreading, updating documents and assisting with employee and corporate events.
Minimum 2 year’s experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role required
Experience working in a professional office environment is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
