Immigration Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a friendly, proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of our firm. You will convert leads into clients by addressing inquiries and closing deals, while also providing exceptional support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for leads and existing clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Convert leads into clients by explaining our services, answering questions, and scheduling consultations with RCICs
• Attend to existing clients by providing updates, scheduling appointments, and addressing their needs promptly
• Manage and maintain the RCICs' calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of consultations and follow-ups
• Maintain organized physical and electronic client records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying, to support office operations
• Keep the reception area welcoming and professional

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role (experience closing leads is a plus)
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
