Full-Time School Bus Driver needed

Voyago is now hiring School Bus Drivers in St. We are currently seeking Part-Time Drivers and Route Support Drivers in St. Part-Time Drivers will be assigned to open routes, while Route Support Drivers will assist with temporary vacancies and support future route opportunities.

Safely transport students within your community to and from school, ensuring a reliable and positive experience each day
Conduct thorough pre and post trip inspections to ensure the bus remains in proper and safe operating condition
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bus, including assisting with fueling and basic upkeep to present a well kept, professional vehicle
Accurately complete daily Hours of Service reports and maintain required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Immediately report any mechanical issues or concerns affecting the safe operation of the vehicle
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with safety practices, policies, and regulations
You hold a valid minimum full G class drivers license for at least 1 year (Preference will be given to E or B class drivers)
You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
You are available for the required shifts:
Monday to Friday approximitly 6:00am to 9:15am AND 1:00pm to 4:30pm (Start and end times will vary depening on the specific detials of each route)
You possess solid communication skills
You enjoy being around children of all ages
You are comfortable driving in all types of weather and road conditions
You are comfortable driving large vehicles
You can have basic computer skills and can easily navigate Google Maps or a GPS unit

As a part-time driver, you’ll be assigned a route from September through June giving you the stability of a set schedule while still enjoying the flexibility of part-time, split shift work

Hourly Rate:
We offer competitive hourly pay depending on what you’re driving
Base Rate (for those times spent working, but not driving a school route) – $19.76/hour
