Head of Customer Operations Management

Take charge of the day‑to‑day operational performance of commercial properties, ensuring all building systems are safe, efficient, and well‑maintained.
Inspect, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural infrastructure.
Complete routine building inspections and maintain detailed documentation on system conditions.
Oversee and direct contracted service partners to ensure quality and contract compliance.
Manage and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment life cycles.
Coordinate tenant and landlord work, ensuring all projects meet building standards and compliance requirements.
Assist with maintenance projects and capital initiatives while ensuring spending stays within budget.
Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and service vendors.
Participate in emergency response and on‑call rotation as required.
Support safety initiatives and uphold organizational health and safety policies.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC building systems.
Experience performing preventive maintenance and handling basic plumbing or electrical repair work.
Strong scheduling abilities and comfort managing multiple operational workflows.
Relevant building operations certifications or designations (asset).
At least five years of experience in building operations, ideally within commercial or retail real estate.
Competitive base salary of $70,000–$85,000, plus bonus and benefits.
