Contract Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Prepare, season, and cook dishes to exact specifications, consistently meeting Rimrock’s luxury standards.
Craft dishes that honor local ingredients, reflecting both sustainability and a sense of place.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, with strong technical expertise.
Complete tasks methodically, ensuring quality and timeliness in every service period.
Value established guidelines and teamwork while fostering a high-performance culture.
Culinary degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, luxury kitchen.
Strong knife skills and mastery of core cooking techniques (grilling, frying, sautéing, plating).
FOODSAFE certification an asset.
Bonus If You Bring
Experience with sustainable, local, or farm-to-table cuisine.
Knowledge of advanced culinary techniques or international flavors.
You are more than a cook, you are a craftsperson of the kitchen. Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment for extended shifts.
Visa Requirements: The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
