Das erwartet dich als (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d) – Pre-Sales Excellence:

Deine Rolle als (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d) – Pre-Sales Excellence:
Als Teil unseres Bereichs Revenue & Growth sorgst du für operative und analytische Exzellenz in unserem Sales. Du verstehst Marketing‐, SDR‐ und Sales‐Prozesse als durchgängigen Funnel – und stellst sicher, dass Daten, Prozesse und Tools perfekt ineinandergreifen, um Pipeline‐Qualität, Conversion und Geschwindigkeit messbar zu steigern.

Du gestaltest und verbesserst kontinuierlich Qualification-Kriterien sowie Demo- und Discovery-Standards, um verlässliche Forecasts sicherzustellen.
Du baust einen Reporting-Stack auf und betreibst ihn , inklusive Pipeline, Conversion, Velocity, Win-Rates, Deal Hygiene und Forecast Accuracy (inkl. wöchentlicher R&G-Cadence).
Du definierst und setzt Data-Hygiene-Standards durch (z. B. Pflichtfelder, Validations, Automationen via Flow) und schulst sowie enablest die Go-to-Market-Teams.
Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und SDRs zusammen am Ausbau von PLG-Ansätzen, der Nutzung von Markt-Signalen sowie am Inbound-/Outbound-Routing und bereitest die internationale Expansion vor (Lokalisierung, Segment- und Territory-Logik).
Du führst Playbooks ein und pflegst sie für Sales-Prozesse, Angebotserstellung sowie Post-Sales-Handovers zu Customer Success und Onboarding.
Du stellst eine compliance- und datenschutzkonforme Prozessgestaltung sicher (DSGVO, KH-Spezifika, klinische Stakeholder) und dokumentierst diese im Knowledge-System.
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales Leadership und -Teams, Marketing sowie RevOps-Kolleg:innen zusammen , nimmst aktiv am R&G-Rhythmus teil, sorgst für klare Verantwortlichkeiten und dokumentierte Entscheidungen.

So stellen wir uns dich als unser (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d) – Pre‐Sales Excellence vor:
Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Sales bzw. Revenue Operations im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld, idealerweise im HealthTech- und DACH-Kontext.
Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Sales-Prozessen und gängigen Sales-Methodiken .
Du bringst gute CRM-Kenntnisse mit , idealerweise in Salesforce, und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Data Pipelines sowie der Integration von Marketing-Signalen.
Du bist stark in Prozessdesign, Change Enablement und Stakeholder-Management über Marketing, SDR und Sales hinweg.
Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick.
Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse .
