Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $57.44 – $67 per visit
Sign on Bonus: $2,000*

Assessment & Implementation: Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.

Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
Professional Standing: You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Mobility: Ability to travel within the community - valid driver’s license and insurance required

Home Care Advocacy: You value the role of a therapist in enabling clients to remain at home when it aligns with their personal goals.
