&##Help eCommerce brands accelerate revenue growth through scalable systems and data-driven operations.
Drive operational excellence by building structured, automated, and measurable processes across revenue, client success, and internal business functions.
Find, hire, and empower exceptional people who elevate client experience and business performance.
&##Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO, helping manage priorities, time, and focus.
Own calendar management, scheduling, travel planning, and meeting logistics.
Filter, prioritize, and respond to incoming communication on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Build lightweight systems for task tracking, reminders, and executive workflows.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
Support ad-hoc projects that unblock the CEO and leadership team.
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role.
Comfortable working with senior leadership in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
Able to handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure situations
Experience supporting founders or executives in startups or scale-ups is a plus
Fully remote role with EST working hours
