Job : The Staff Recreation Therapists' primary role is to improve the health and quality of life for community dwelling older adults through health promotion, needs assessment, program development, evaluation, leadership training, and implementation of healthy active lifestyle and falls prevention initiatives. Services are delivered through education, facilitation, leadership, and resource development.
