Nous cherchons un Estimateur Imagerie pour notre équipe grandissante!
Déterminer les causes et l'origine des dommages survenus lors d'un accident en examinant le véhicule à l'aide d'un logiciel. Utiliser des systèmes d'évaluation numériques automatisés pour normaliser les estimations de réparation et éviter les erreurs.
Assurer la productivité et la qualité du service en utilisant le manuel des normes et procédures des évaluateurs et en mettant en relation les performances avec les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du département de l'Indemnisation.
Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en réparation de carrosserie automobile, y compris la connaissance des logiciels d'estimation (Audatex et Mitchell) ou une combinaison équivalente d'études postsecondaires dans un secteur connexe (ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente).
Connaissance approfondie des principes et des techniques de réparation et de remplacement des dommages physiques des automobiles.
Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité de définir les problèmes, de recueillir des données, d'établir des faits et de tirer des conclusions valables.
Engagement envers la formation continue.
