Job Title: Production Scheduler

A position is currently open for a motivated Production Scheduler to join our dynamic Logistics team. The candidate will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor and will be responsible to work directly with the manufacturing lines in Enfield NS in their logistics functions including WIP and inventory management and customer deliveries.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexibility available based in Enfield Nova Scotia and performed exclusively on-site.

Plan production scheduling based on machine capacity and priorities.
Track and prioritize quality notifications
Monitor production parts and the progress of priority parts. Route parts to the right customer (engine center aftermarket experimental NGPF)
Follow up on the delivery of parts and communicate with our internal and external customers
Initiate and support continuous improvement projects
Ensure emergency management according to customer requirements
Collaborate and communicate closely with industrial engineering production quality procurement and customer service teams
Effectively communicate and summarize risks to different stakeholders

Degree or diploma in relevant field with minimum 1-3 years of experience
Strong with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and strong in data manipulation and analysis. Knowledge of SAP VBA Python and/or Power BI is a strong asset
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
