What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with clients to discuss available benefit and coverage options
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information about products and services
Help clients understand their current plans and available solutions
Review coverage needs and assist clients in making informed decisions
Stay updated on new programs, policy changes, and company procedures
Provide professional, dependable, and customer-focused support

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities
Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
