Finalist for “Best Agency Culture” at the Global Agency Awards, seoplus+ is an innovative digital marketing agency helping businesses worldwide reach their online potential by generating leads and increasing sales. Our clients range from local retailers to enterprise-level multinationals.
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team. This is an in-person role, and the candidate is required to work from our Ottawa office 5 days per week.
Complete day-to-day digital marketing tasks, including posting blogs on client websites, sharing blogs on social media, citation-building, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, website updates, data entry, and other duties as required
Oversee the client onboarding process, serving as the primary contact for all incoming clients. Execute onboarding tasks for new clients, which involves setting up their profiles in our reporting software and initiating basic Google account configurations
Assist with the support portal, both in closing digital marketing tickets and in escalating tickets to other departments such as web or SEO
Support other team members with overflow tasks and projects as required
Excellent communicator with amazing customer service skills
