Structural Engineering in Training

Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Structural (Buildings) Engineer-in-Training to join our team in our Vancouver office. In this role you will be responsible for a variety range of project delivery types, material selections, and sectors.

project management
Undergraduate degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited university.
Registered, or eligible for registration, as an Engineer-in-Training with EGBC.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting engineering is an asset.
Familiar with structural analysis programs such as SAP 2000 or equivalent.
Working knowledge of local building codes and Canadian design standards.
Ability to compose technical memorandum and technical report with minimal supervision.
General knowledge of construction methods and project delivery processes.
Site experience is an asset.
