Target Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months with potential chance of extension based on performance.

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid role, (1 day a week and every fourth Friday)

Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours/ week

1st round half hour + excel test

Viva Engage, SharePoint, Viva Connections) used by communicators

What project will this contractor be working on?

Produce quarterly analytics reports covering Viva Engage usage, engagement, community performance, and SBU/FG activity

Pull, validate, and package data into -ready formats (PowerPoint and Excel)

Act as a secondary analytics SME for internal communications data

Exposure to senior leaders and strategy‑driven analytics initiatives

Potential for extension or conversion to full‑time

The coordinator is responsible for producing consistent, high-quality quarterly reports and responding to ongoing analytics requests from communications leads and business partners.

Strong experience creating reports in PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to perform data validation, calculations, and transform raw data into digestible business output

Exposure to data methodologies or automation concepts

Comfort handling numbers and presenting data clearly

For this new position, the estimated hourly range is provided below as a guideline; Hourly Range: $30.00 - $33.50
