Responsable Support / Service Manager (H/F)

Title - Dispatch Manager- Road Services
Our client is your reference partner for assistance and repair of your trucks in several regions of Quebec and Ontario. View email address on randstad.com@randstad.40 hour work week Monday Friday 6am to 3pm
- Christmas party, Events, Team building
Supervise and support the dispatchers in their daily tasks
- Validate the quality of the work performed by the dispatchers
- Ensure rigorous monitoring with clients until the end of the work
- Ensure that deadlines are met and that the service is efficient
- Maintain clear communication between dispatchers, mechanics, and customers
- Carry out certain administrative tasks related to operations
- Experience in the mechanical or transport field (important asset)
- Excellent management of priorities and stress
