Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for new business development? Avenir Energy is looking for a Propane Sales Representative to fuel our growth in in the Ajax and Belleville areas!
As a Sales Rep, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across both residential and commercial propane markets. If you're a self-starter with a proven sales track record and a knack for building long-lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Focus on acquiring new residential and commercial propane clients while managing key accounts and increasing revenue in your territory.
- Meet or exceed your sales targets for residential propane and HVAC services—boosting both volume and margin.
- Dedicate 80% of your time prospecting fresh opportunities in the commercial propane segment while nurturing existing customer relationships with the remaining 20%.
- Keep detailed records of your sales activities in our CRM and monitor performance metrics to stay on top of goals.
- Travel : Be prepared for regular travel, including some overnight stays, as you manage your territory and meet clients face-to-face.
Sales Experience : You have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Marketing or commerce background??
- Strong Communicator : You have excellent communication skills (bilingual proficiency is a plus) and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Customer-Centric : You’re focused on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
