We have a newly created opportunity for a highly accountable self-starter to join us as a Marketing Manager. You will take ownership of leading the management and execution of marketing initiatives for WELLSTAR and our Nexus AI(™) product line. In this role, you will be responsible for content development, events and trade shows, and digital marketing. You will take ownership of orchestrating our presence through strategic communications, marketing campaigns, and impactful events to build our brand, generate demand, drive customer engagement and measure success across all channels.
This job posting is for an existing vacancy that is a remote-friendly role, limited to candidates based in Canada.
You want to help define and build your role and function as a Marketing Manager with real ownership. You will make a measurable impact on how WELLSTAR shows up in the market, shaping the corporate brand, building content and communications programs, and supporting AI product launches. You want the chance to expand your skill set across content, digital, and events while experimenting, testing ideas, and learning quickly. You will work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership across multiple business units, gaining hands-on exposure to AI products, healthcare technology, and a pre-IPO growth environment.
This role sits within a growing marketing organization with a clear career path to Senior Manager and beyond, with high ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business as it scales.
Build the foundation. You will help build on WELLSTAR’s corporate brand, content, and communications strategy at a critical stage of growth—shaping how the company tells its story to investors, partners, customers, and employees as it scales AI-driven healthcare solutions.
You will lead content development across WELLSTAR corporate marketing and AI product lines, translating complex AI and healthcare concepts into clear, credible, and compelling narratives. Content creation is the core of this role and includes thought leadership, blogs, social media, webinars, videos, and email campaigns that support adoption, trust, and impact.
You will directly support our AI product lines through product marketing initiatives, including customer-facing collateral, event and trade show materials, and launch-ready messaging that connects technology innovation to improved patient outcomes.
You will own end-to-end digital marketing execution of website content and updates, email marketing programs, SEO, Google Ads, and performance analytics, building repeatable, scalable programs rather than one-off campaigns.
You will lead marketing support for industry events and trade shows, owning timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure WELLSTAR and its AI platforms are represented with clarity, credibility, and consistency.
You will support early-stage investor relations and help build foundational PR practices, shaping messaging, supporting submissions, and coordinating outreach as WELLSTAR increases its market visibility.
You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and growth teams, acting as a connective tissue between strategy and execution to ensure messaging aligns with roadmap, customer needs, and commercial priorities.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting standards, managing priorities, and continuously improving how marketing operates as the company grows.
You have real-world experience supporting campaigns across content, digital, and events, with proven success in turning concepts into strategies, execution, and measurable impact. Ideally, you are coming from B2B software, SaaS, or health technology, or you may be ready to leave a small-to-mid-sized marketing agency and commit to a scaling company. You can pivot based on data insights, manage competing priorities, and meet high-pressure deadlines.
The technical skills. You bring proficiency across a range of modern marketing tools and analytics, including Google Analytics and Ads, WordPress, and HubSpot or a marketing automation platform. You can develop and launch content, marketing briefs, business cases, and targeted marketing plans based on data analysis and competitive insights.
The project management skills. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are results-oriented and can set performance goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
You have exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. You have proven experience building and managing trusting, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a subject-matter expert, influencing decisions, and championing strategic direction.
