Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to lead with compassion and expertise? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Care to oversee nursing operations in an engaging community offering Complex Care, Independent Living, and Registered Assisted Living on a unified campus.
Guide and motivate nursing and caregiving teams to deliver superior care
Collaborate closely with families, residents, and interdisciplinary staff to personalize care
Uphold regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
Manage budgets and foster a positive environment within a unionized workplace
Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in geriatrics or long-term care
Holds or working towards a Master's degree (preferred)
We offer a competitive salary range of 115,000115,000120,000 plus benefits and steadfast support.
