Software Developer_in Java (w/m/d)

As a Software Developer, you will work on RESL (Real Estate Secured Lending) business applications by implementing new features and enhancing the existing codebase. This role is primarily hands-on and focused on writing clean, testable code.
Develop backend functionality using Java and Spring Boot (and/or Java EE where applicable)
Build and maintain server-rendered UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Thymeleaf, and Bootstrap
Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests for delivered functionality
Use AI-assisted development tools in line with bank policies and secure coding standards
Understands the importance of testing, security, and code quality
Communicates status, risks, and blockers clearly within the team
