As an Implementations Specialist, you will join Verto’s Clinical Implementations team. You will play a critical role in the optimization and frontline deployment of the Verto platform across diverse clinical environments.
This is a highly visible, customer facing role that sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, technology, and change management. This role is ideal for someone in an early to mid career in health informatics or clinical technology who enjoys variety, thrives in fast paced environments, and can comfortably shift between clinical requirements gathering, basic project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and hands on implementation.
Note: This role is a maternity leave coverage position and will be offered as an indefinite-term contract.

Project Management
Lead the planning and implementation of clinical and health IT implementation projects
Manage project plans, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and drive mitigation strategies
Act as a change agent and primary point of contact for clinical and project stakeholders
Support solution design and configuration of Verto products based on client requirements needs
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including product, engineering, and support
Facilitate regular project meetings, kick offs, training sessions and and close outs with clarity and confidence
Quality Assurance
Build basic test plans and carry out solution testing to ensure quality standards are maintained
Oversee issue prioritization, feature requests, and resolution tracking during implementations

Clinical Implementations
Lead the identification, development, planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical IT solutions
Develop client-facing training materials; QRGs, videos, user guides, etc. Develop internal implementation documentation including guides, demos, and training materials
Support continuity and succession planning by sharing implementation knowledge across teams
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field
Three to five years of experience supporting or leading projects in clinical, health informatics, or technology driven environments
Hands on experience working with clinical teams or healthcare stakeholders in sensitive, real world settings
Exposure to health IT or digital health implementations, including workflow assessment and system rollouts
Experience supporting technology or ICT implementations in any sector
Familiarity with project management fundamentals including timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking
Awareness of healthcare privacy, security, and data governance considerations
Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including clinicians, administrators, and technical teams
Health Informatics certificate combined with a relevant Bachelor’s degree
Experience leading clinical IT or health technology implementations end to end
Previous experience working in health tech, digital health, or healthcare software environments
Familiarity with agile project management or change management practices
Experience documenting workflows, creating implementation guides, or delivering training
Prior customer facing implementation or support experience
This role includes required travel to external clinical sites and is classified as Working Environment Risk Level 2.
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
