We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sushi Preparer & Front Counter Attendant. This dual-role position involves preparing fresh sushi dishes and providing exceptional customer service at the front counter. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sushi Preparation:
Prepare sushi rolls and other menu items in accordance with company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi prep area at all times.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in managing food inventory and restocking as needed.
Front Counter Duties:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/card).
Package takeout orders and ensure accuracy.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area.
