Hours of Work: This is an hourly-paid position. Retail Production Associate is a customer service role responsible for providing excellent service while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. As a Retail Production Associate, you will contribute to Goodwill's mission by supporting the success of the donated goods retail business, helping to create jobs and opportunities within the community, and promoting environmental sustainability through the reuse and recycling of donated goods.

Follows the Customer Care Cycle (I Care) consistently, providing world class customer service to all customers, internal and external, of Goodwill.
Conduct work activities safely and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and Goodwill, Ontario Great Lakes Health and Safety policies, procedures, and program.
Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe facility, including but not limited to workstation(s) and the donation processing area.
Sort and store priced donations into labelled pallet boxes according to procedures.
Identify high value donations based on condition, quality, antique and/or collectibles for up pricing or online sales.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a requirement for this role.
Experience in a processing work environment an asset.
High school diploma an asset.
