Based in Guelph, serving Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge area
You will resolve customers questions, technical issues and offer solutions to drive company revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Using a consultative selling methodology you will get face-to-face with the decision maker to close the deal, work with sales management to develop new marketing strategies, and ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction.
Duties will include:
· Present and sell residential garage doors and products to homeowners and customers
· Be the main contact for designated accounts
· Resolve daily customer inquiries for residential and products
· Connect, nurture and maintain relations with current and potential customers
· Provide pricing, product information and delivery times with customers in a prompt manner
· Implementing sales strategies and techniques.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of company product

Qualifications:
· Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales and customer service
· Technical knowledge of garage doors and/or construction an asset
· Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Can work autonomously and within a team environment.
· Graduated College or University preferred.
· Clean drivers abstract and Police Reference Check.
