Agile coaches Manager
$95k - $145k per yearAgile Lead/Coach
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Leads the agile delivery approach across teams, ensuring consistent ways of working, effective execution and continuous improvement aligned to business and Technology outcomes.
The Agile Lead/Coach is responsible for leading and scaling the agile delivery approach across multiple teams. This role ensures consistent ways of working, effective execution, and continuous improvement aligned with both business and technology outcomes
Defines and evolves the agile delivery framework
- Drive and coordinate PI Planning
- Coaches scrum master, product owners, and delivery teams
- Ensures predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple teams
- Facilitates cross team alignment (scrum of scrums)
- 1. 7–9 years of overall experience in Agile delivery, with proven experience as an Agile Lead, Agile Coach
Strong hands-on experience driving PI Planning and program-level agile ceremonies
Proven ability to coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional delivery teams
Experience working across multiple agile teams and facilitating cross-team alignment (e.g., Scrum of Scrums)
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Demonstrated ability to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while managing dependencies and risks
Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with Business, Technology, Vendors, and Leadership
Experience monitoring delivery health using agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, flow metrics, etc.)
Experience working in hybrid environments with on-site collaboration
