As brand ambassadors, store teams inspire customers to embrace their own sense of style and create an experiencethat matters – an experience that feels like Gap.As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of bringing our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for creating on trend looks that are uniquely Gap – distinctive, while bringing out each customer’s original style. You contribute to a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment that inspires and makes customers feel welcome. You thrive on driving an exceptional customer experience by strengthening the customer’s emotional connection to the brand, engaging authentically and with intent.
Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest in understanding and addressing their needs. Educate customers about loyalty programs.
Support multiple areas of the store including: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
Eager to confidently connect with customers to deliver an exceptional Gap experience.
Focused on continuous improvement. Not require current or future employment sponsorship to work in Canada.
