Remote Position: Hybrid
13 Month Internship

This role is a mix of HR Generalist and administrative support. If you are eager, willing to learn and creative, your opportunity to assist with interesting HR projects will be endless.

High level of energy for a fast paced working environment

• Self-starting mentality, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time well
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Supporting Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) at various levels

• Supporting D&I initiatives and activities
• Providing continuous improvement to existing processes and procedures
• Organizing and preparing training sessions that support further employee learning and development
• Participating in end to end recruitment process (ie. Event planning coordination (recruitment career fairs, grad programs, intern orientation, intern social events, Spirit Week activities)

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.

• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
• Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
• Basic manufacturing system knowledge.

Experience: No Formal Experience Required.

Currently enrolled in a University internship program and have completed their 3rd year of studies. This role is ideal for students who enrolled in a Human Resources or Business program.
