Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer questions, provide documentation and process billing requests.

• Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs.
• Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients to build trust. Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team objectives. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English

Quelles seront tes responsabilités?

• Engagement client: Aider les clients avec leurs besoins en matière d'assurance habitation et automobile. Communication: Communiquer efficacement par téléphone, e-mail et SMS avec nos clients pour établir une relation de confiance. Offrir un service client exceptionnel.
• Évaluation des performances: Surveiller les performances personnelles et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels.
• Documentation: Tenir des notes précises des interactions avec les clients et ajouter des activités de suivi dans notre système CRM.
• Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service client pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe. Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle
• Tu as de solides compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et anglais
• Rémunération compétitive avec bonus mensuel
