Client Services Representative – Animal Emergency clinic of Fraser Valley
AECFV is a leading AAHA accredited veterinary facility. We have been providing emergency and critical care coverage to more than 100 general practices throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since 1996. Our 8,000 sqft hospital is equipped with many state-of-the-art tools that enable us to provide comprehensive emergency care. We have one of the largest blood banks in Canada and are one of the largest and busiest standalone emergency hospitals in Western Canada. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by an incredible team that's committed to practicing the highest standard of emergency and critical care medicine.

Primary duties center on client relations and clerical tasks including:
In-person client and telephone reception including discussing fees, answering questions regarding services and care, and assessing for patient triage recommendations to the nursing team
Maintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized manner
Manage client financial accounts including cash handing, and daily payment reconciliation.

Preferred prior experience in customer service or a veterinary setting.
Compassionate and caring attitude towards pets and their owners, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Client Services operates 7 days a week, we are seeking someone with flexible availability.
Anticipated schedule may include 8-10 hour shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Competitive wage rate between $18-25/hr based on experience.
Premiums for evening and overnight shifts.
