Repair Service Centre Manager

Job Responsibility:
Primary Job Duties:
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, customer service, and sales activities.
Offer expert guidance and assistance to customers regarding construction materials and products.
Keep precise inventory records and manage stock levels to fulfill customer needs.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Perform regular market research to remain informed about industry trends and competitor actions.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a store manager or in a sales position within the construction or building materials industry.
Extensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Competent in handling multiple tasks and setting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or construction-related disciplines is advantageous.
