CRM Marketing Manager
This role is part of our Personalised Content team. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions shape new behaviours and shift market share for our clients including eBay Walmart and more!
Provide guidance and best practices to the global CRM team on how to configure Salesforce Marketo and surrounding tools to launch B2B marketing campaigns.
Support the B2B marketing team both within and outside of Marketo on custom objects Salesforce sync API pipelines campaign operations and other integral campaign-impacting features.
Building reports dashboards and automated smart lists for stakeholders to gain key insights.
Help train the team on reporting best practices and what KPIs marketing should be tracking.
3 years proven experience as a CRM Manager
- Experienced in Marketo and Salesforce
- Able to provide Marketo architectural and solutions support to the B2B marketing team
- Experience in helping to launch central/global initiatives/processes to ensure consistency and compliance
