Unlike many sales roles that expect experience from day one, we provide structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and daily leadership support to help you succeed in a door-to-door sales environment
Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach
Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions
Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals
Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve
Uncapped commission-based earnings , tied directly to performance
Structured training from day one — no sales experience required
Daily team support and leadership guidance (you’re never left guessing)
A performance-driven environment that values effort, consistency, and growth
Strong communication skills (we’ll help you sharpen them)
Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
Available full-time, Monday to Friday *No previous sales or telecom experience required — we hire for attitude and train for skill .
