D&H Group LLP is seeking a Time & Billing Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual with experience in billing, accounting support, or office administration who enjoys working with financial information, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

As a Time & Billing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's time and billing functions. You will be responsible for coordinating the firm's billing processes, reviewing time entries, assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintaining accurate client and financial records. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy will help ensure efficient financial operations and provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.

Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, following up on outstanding balances, and responding to client billing enquiries
Assist with accounts payable by processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are recorded accurately and on time
Review and maintain employee time entries to ensure accuracy and completeness for the billing process
Collaborate with partners and administrative staff to support the firm's billing processes
Provide general administrative support to the billing team as required

Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative role
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with CCH iFirm or other practice management/accounting software is considered an asset
