Business Continuity Planning Analyst

LN Land Development Technologies Inc. is looking for a Proposal & Business Development Coordinator to support our growing Strategic Growth team. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Growth, this role plays a key part in coordinating proposals, supporting business development initiatives, assisting with marketing and communications, and helping deliver standout client and industry events.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends proposal coordination, client engagement, marketing support, and event planning . If you’re highly organized, a strong communicator, and love bringing polished deliverables together behind the scenes, you’ll feel right at home here.

Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, including setup, task tracking, formatting, quality control, and submission
Create proposal templates and draft structures tailored to client needs
Coordinate inputs from Operations, Project Managers, Engineering, HSE, and Business Development teams
Draft and edit proposal content including corporate information, project experience, and resumes
Maintain strict version control and organized proposal filing systems
Track proposal outcomes (wins, losses, lessons learned) and support continuous improvement
Monitor bid sites and industry channels for new opportunities
Business Development & Client Support
Support client meetings, presentations, and capability materials
Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities, contacts, and activities
Assist with preparation of presentations, project sheets, and marketing collateral
Support the planning and execution of LN events including:
Gather content from Operations and field teams for marketing and social media use
Assist with digital and print marketing materials
Support website updates including job postings, project updates, and imagery
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a permanent basis at the time of application.

3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, business development support, or administrative roles

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word template development, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
