Job Title: Lead Product Owner

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable .
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple product streams, provide leadership, and support strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple product initiatives and Agile delivery teams.
Establish product management best practices and governance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic product objectives.
Support enterprise transformation, modernization, and compliance initiatives.
Coordinate delivery of customer, citizen, or patient-focused solutions.
Prioritize business requirements and product backlogs.
Work closely with technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Manage product dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
Drive continuous improvement and product innovation efforts.
Provide leadership and guidance to Product Owners and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Lead Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
Experience managing multiple product streams or enterprise initiatives.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting digital transformation and modernization programs.
Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Strong product strategy and backlog management experience.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
