Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Ottawa, ON
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable .
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple related projects, align strategic objectives, and ensure successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects within a strategic program portfolio.
Develop and oversee program plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business goals.
Support enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
Drive governance, reporting, and performance management activities.
Facilitate communication among senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Track benefits realization and program outcomes.
Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing programs within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
Strong program governance and portfolio management experience.
Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
PMP or PgMP certification is an asset.
