The recruiter executes efficient, effective and consistent Recruitment activities in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies.

5 months contract with the strong potential of extension

Hybrid — 3 days in-office / 2 days remote

• Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
• Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems
• Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment

Fluency in English is a must. Preference will go to applicants who are bilingual (English & French).

• Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives
• Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment
• Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates
• Knowledge of corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
