This is a Temporary Full-Time Mat Leave coverage position. you will build lasting relationships with residents who call Aspira their home. As a Concierge , you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

You communicate professionally and diplomatically, responding to inquiries with strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills

You consistently deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members

You provide dependable clerical and computer support to managers and adapt easily to administrative needs

You are compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors in living life fully

You are detailed-oriented and have and have strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit

All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check.
