The Job Fraser Direct is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team! We're seeking someone with hands-on experience using voice picking systems and RF scanners to support our Picking and Packing department. This is an active role that also requires flexibility to support other areas of the warehouse as needed. Use appropriate equipment for order selection, including voice-picking headsets and RF scanners

Follow spoken instructions via voice picking system to locate and pick items accurately

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and meet client expectations

Package orders as specified by the client, ensuring the finished product will meet customers' expectations

Load and restock production lines (conveyors and packaging machines) with products

Perform inventory maintenance, including cycle counts on pick locations, as assigned

Manually lift and handle cartons of product, sorting and rebuilding skids as required

Unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently (manually or using lifting devices such as pump truck, walkie, forklift) and stage shipment in the receiving area information (e.g. product number, quantity, expiry date, lot numbers)

Be flexible and willing to cross-train in different departments, assist with other tasks as needed

Prior experience using RF scanner and voice-picking system

Ability to lift or move 50lbs/23 kg regularly throughout the shift
