Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Android Team Lead to join our growing team within the TD Insurance division of the bank. This role will focus on leading the design development and maintenance of mobile solutions that support insurance products and services offered to our TD customers. Youll collaborate with UX API QE and other mobile developers to deliver high-quality secure and user-centric mobile experiences.

Team lead and subject matter expert for the design and development of mobile applications for the Android platform tailored to insurance services.
Guide the POD members and ensure the successful delivery of mobile features within an Agile framework.
Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless digital insurance experiences.
Integrate with RESTful APIs secure data protocols and third-party insurance systems.
comply with regulatory requirements data privacy standards and security best practices.
Optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews testing and CICD processes.
