Client Service Manager (Security)
Full-time
This position oversees a portfolio of clients and leads security operations across multiple sites. As the primary point of contact, this role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong team performance while meeting contractual and business objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual standards
Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor and manage frontline staff to support performance and development
Financial & Business Performance: Monitor margins, billing accuracy and overall operational efficiency
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and emergency response protocols.
Post secondary education in Business, Security Management or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience
CHPA, CPP) are assets
Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
Experience with financial oversight and operational analysis
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
