As a Senior Medical Office Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our fun and supportive team, working alongside passionate professionals who truly care about their patients.
Administration and Patient Care Services
Front Reception and Clinical MOA duties
Booking appointments - Patient Scheduling & Follow Up
Handling busy phone lines
Jane ap experience preferred
Proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Office, Excel, EMR
Able to multitask
Customer service oriented with a friendly personality
Team Player is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Weekends only
Education:
~ AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
Medical office assistant: 1 year (required)
Jane ap: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
