Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – SimCorp Dimension
Location: Toronto (3 Days Work From Office)
Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview
Act as a subject matter expert for SimCorp Dimension , supporting and enhancing investment operations.
Manage, optimize, and ensure high availability and performance of SimCorp Dimension platforms in a production environment.
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SimCorp Dimension configuration and system support activities.
Troubleshoot complex application and data issues to ensure seamless system performance.
Collaborate with investment operations, IT, and vendor teams to deliver system enhancements.
Manage AWS cloud environments , including deployments, monitoring, and scalability support.
Perform Oracle database administration , including SQL optimization and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Shell .
Create and maintain technical documentation , runbooks, and operational procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in financial services or investment management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SimCorp Dimension configuration and support .
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, monitoring, deployments).
- Strong proficiency in Oracle databases , including performance tuning and SQL optimization.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
- Solid understanding of investment management workflows and operations .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling complex system challenges and production support scenarios.
