We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Student Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting with managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. This position requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Duties

Assist with the managing office operations

Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and bookkeeping

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email

Assist with scheduling

Prior administrative experience is preferred, especially within office environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools

Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette

Design Creation, communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.

Strategy & Planning: developing content for online platforms

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to a professional work environment while developing their administrative expertise.
