We are seeking a skilled Student Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyewear, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate prescription orders.
Assist customers in selecting frames that complement their style and prescription needs- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit of eyewear- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and materials- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed- Maintain inventory of frames and lenses- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Process Third Party Insurance billing accurately
- Previous experience in an optical setting is preferred- Proficiency in medical terminology related to optometry- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction- Knowledge of eyewear repairs- Familiarity with Third Party Insurance billing- Experience in retail sales is necessary
