The company specializes in measuring and analyzing the nursing and orderly care that is required and delivered.
EROS’ innovative products and services are used for financing, management, and reporting purposes by more than 1,000 clients in Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, and Switzerland.
We are looking for a curious person who is passionate about artificial intelligence—someone who likes to understand how it really works, and especially how to apply it in practical ways to become more efficient.
You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and integrating artificial intelligence and automation solutions to optimize our processes.
Explore and implement practical AI use cases (automation, data structuring, and data analysis).
Establish best practices related to AI privacy and ethics.
Recent degree in Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Genuine passion for artificial intelligence (academic and personal projects, active monitoring, experimentation).
Understanding beyond basic use of AI tools (advanced prompting skills, automation, APIs, integration, etc.).
Flexible schedule: Enjoy a work structure that respects your rhythm, with daytime hours Monday to Friday. Accessibility: Our office is ideally located just steps from Laurier metro station.
