About the Company Russell Tobin Canada is hiring passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a major acute care facility in Kelowna, British Columbia . This facility is currently undergoing a large-scale redevelopment, making it an exciting time to join a forward-thinking healthcare environment.
We're offering contract opportunities across multiple units with the potential for extensions or permanent hire .
We're seeking RNs to provide exceptional patient care across various departments. Emergency Department (ER)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Critical Care
- Home Health
- Medical Imaging
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in acute and critical settings
Educate patients and families throughout the care journey
Contribute to ongoing quality and safety initiatives
Active RN license with the BCCNM (British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives)
ER: Emergency or Med/Surg training
ICU: ACLS & Critical Care certification/training
Comfortable working 12-hour day/night rotating shifts
Patient-centered care and compassion
Participation in quality initiatives
Experience in high-acuity hospital settings
Perioperative expertise for OR nurses
Competitive hourly compensation
Opportunities for contract extension or transition to permanent roles
