Position: Service Manager

Type: Full-time

Bonuses: Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the security operations for the GTA Branch. This includes ensuring the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets, managing a team of security personnel, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and maintaining client relationships.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily security operations within client sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review security needs and performance.

· Financial Management:

• Assist with the management of the branch budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and control expenses related to security operations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to regional management.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in security management or with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
• Class 5 Drivers license - with a clean drivers abstract.

The Service Manager may need to respond to emergency situations outside of normal working hours.
