Acura of Langley is seeking a professional and organized Sales Receptionist to serve as the dealership’s first point of contact. This role manages a multi‑line
switchboard, greets and directs visitors, and provides general administrative
support including filing, mail handling, and basic clerical tasks. a clean, welcoming front desk is essential.
The expected pay for this position is $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Switchboard
Operator: Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional, polite and
through a multi-line switchboard, while supplying information to callers,
Administration:
Assists in overflow tasks from staff including word processing, data entry
& Clerk: Performs basic clerical tasks such as arranging invoices &
Serves as the first impression of the dealership &
front lines the main desk at point of entry for the purpose of greeting
& directing all visitors, including vendors, clients & customers.
